Norton Anti Virus
Double charge

I show a charge on May 29 from Symantec HP for $59.99,

Then again on July 18 from Norton Annual Renewal for $54.99

I cannot seem to contact anyone regarding this double charge, when I call I'm put on hold and left for way too long!
