Took my money for nine months and did nothing

I met abe at a Sba conference they declared they took 1000 companies go public. I spoke with abe briefly for five minutes then he Paseo me into this guy called nicholas who owns webguru and was assigned to help me raise $500, 000 but then I found out these funds will cost keb$250000 in gvg away free products plus $50000 in fees netting me taxable income of $200000 which nick was not even aware of. They initially wanted exclusive rights with $25000 upfront I declined and we agreed on $7500 plus 5% fee on anything they raised over $500000 which will net me taxable income if only $200, 000 . 9 mths later nothing is done and now I asked for refund of my deposit $2500 she says it all went to admin cost which was all the tel calls and texts BC Marshall did not even return my call when I tried to call to complain abt nick
