The owner of this company, Rainey Threadgill, has been dealt with by the Texas State Attorney General's office in the past but apparently he just can't stop what he's doing.
Just like with travel currency, he is intentionally overcharging customers; hoping that it escapes their notice. He makes anauthorized transactions against customers' bank accounts and credit cards. I really don't know why the Texas State Attroney General has not gone after him again. His unethical, and suredly illegal activities are worse than ever with this new "company".
