Why does it take dish soooo long to deliver a dish receiver???
On June 18:
I signed up for Dish. My Duplex has a Dish 500 antenna installed, so I only need the Dish Receiver. I purchased the Dish 322 Receiver from Dish.
I requested the Customer Service Representative (Nate): to deliver the Receiver to my Door Step.
On June 19:
I emailed Dish: again requested to have the Receiver delivered to my Door Step - if delivering before 3:45PM. I work during the Day.
On June 21:
I received a call on my answering machine - from the Dish Installer: He will be at my home between 1:30-3:00pm. Apparently he is oblivious to my requests. No Dish Receiver delivered. I was home at 4:00pm.
Called Dish Customer Service: Again requested to just deliver the Receiver at my Door Step. Talked with Brenda, who transferred me to the Account Specialist. The Account Specialist said I needed to talk to a Tech. During the transfer to the Tech – I was cut off.
So again I called and talked to a Dish Technician (Joy): She stated, the Dish Receiver will be delivered to my Door Step.
On june 22:
no dish receiver!!!
My next STEP will be to call VISA and cancel Dish Service.
Your Customer Service and Service After the Sale have a lot left to be desired.
