In my years of this planet Anthony and Sylvan is by far the worst company ever. They will take your money, and throw together your pool... Then 1 year later, forget it. They know enough to be smart on all of their legaleze. DO not spend your money with this company.
My deck is completerly cracked and broken away and this is after I told the rep that the sub contractors had the rebar laying on the ground... He said "they will pull it up when they pour the concrete"... Here I am with a complete eyesore for a pool in my back yard.
The plaster is cracked in at least 7 places in this pool.
After all my complaining "Bill" who was the supposed mangager in Austin drove out and said he would have someone come and re-surface my deck.
Never happened and when I called back "Bill" was no longer employed.
Here I am with a 27 thousand dollar hole in my back yard.
