Purchased and confirmed two tickets over three weeks ago for upper section (347) for 130.00 ea. (Card Swiped). Die Hard UT Vol fans took a gamble not knowing for sure what teams were playing. Made Travel and accomodations. Wife reminded me that we have not recieved tickets as of Dec. 21. Contacted Stubhub and the seller was suppose to ship by the 20th. Glad I called! Numerous calls to Stubs reps and assured that tickets where coming. Then was told that another seller was found with same section, one row up. Another rep assured that tickets would be shipped. Several calls later (by me) I'm told that the 2nd seller did not have the tickets and had to recieve them from another party. Today, I have no tickets and have been in contact with several Stub Reps. Tickets where to be sent to "Will Call" one hour prior to kick off. Then I get a call that I would get the tickets at the hotel. Stubs mangement would tell their "Reps" what to tell me to try to keep me at bay. Offering discounts, refunding shipping costs. I want the damn tickets that I paid for!!! Irresponsible "On-line scalpers" should not become my problem. Tickets suppose to be at hotel. I will either be at the game or an Atlanta bar. I will let all Know what happens! Pissed!!!
