On 6-30-09 i rented 2 movies from the redbox kiosk. My bank acct was charged. Then on 8-30-09 redbox took out the money again for the movies rented on 6-30-09. When i contacted redbox they told me that the money in fact was not taken out 6-30-09 so they had to take it out again so anyway they charged me twice but refuse to refund the amt even thou i sent proof with my bank statement. Beware of this company they wait a couple of months then charge your acct even if you have not rented any other movies
