Mugged off for what seemed to be a bargain

I ordered seasons 1 and 2"Heroes" DVDs, on the 21st of August and have recieved NOTHING. I was not given a tracking number either so there is no way of tracing my order which apparently was sent by USPS and EMS. I now have NO IDEA how to get my money back or retrieve my DVDs.

I have sent 3 or 4 emails to them at [email protected] but have recieved no reply, when their reply time is 2-3 days.

Please reply back to me and tell me whether you can help me.
