The Dishwasher Saga that will not end

Very disappointed with Best Buy and Optima Solutions. Purchased a Bosch dishwasher in early July for a rental unit. This dishwashwer was on discount because it was the display model. Paid a price to have it installed. When we went to pickup dishwasher at store, it was wrapped. We assumed that the diswasher kit and all other materials needed for the install were with the dishwasher.
My rental unit is out of town, SO, I had to have the tenant meet Optima Solutions for install.

Two times, Optima Solutions was a NO-SHOW.
On the third time, Optima showed but did indicated that the disposal clamp was not with the dishwasher... They told me and my tenant that "usually these come with the dishwasher kit."
So, they could not install the dishwasher. We called the local store and discovered that the dishwasher kit was NOT in the dishwashwer.
So, the local store made us come by the store to pick up the kit for the 4th install. (Please note—the installer attempted to install the dishwashwer with old parts from our previous diswashwer).
4th attempt—another installer from the same company showed up and indicated that he still did not have the right clamp (it was not in the kit)... He advised us that usually these clamps come with the dishwashwer and are not in the kit.
AND, he further told us that the previous installer BROKE the new dishwashwer by using an OLD CLAMP on th new dishwashwer.
SO, he told us WE WOULD HAVE TO RETURN THE NEW DISHWASHWER BACK TO THE STORE and get a replacement. He also did not want to put the sink back correctly so my tenant could use the sink... He did finally agree to put the sink back correctly.
It has been THREE WEEKS since the 4th install... I've received numerous calls from Optima Solutions advising that Best Buy would be calling me to replace the dishwasher, that it is "on hold" due to not being available???
Each time I call the local store, NO MANAGER EVER calls me back.
I call the Best Buy number to report a complaint and each time, they have to change my phone number becasue "its not on file"...
Today, my rental home is without a dishwasher... And I await a phone call from Best Buy...
Birds are chirping... Dishes are being cleaned by hand...
Very disappointed by this experience.
