The product is sucks and stuff trick people's money

I bought their product for only one month service. They promised me in the email that they won't charge me anymore money after one month, but they continued to charge me just the day of full one month and they don't want to refund me. And find many excuse to refuse refund. The product is sucks. Lot's of fake information in the product. They just want to defraud people's money.
