DHR took my grandbabies

I have been dealing with the Colbert County DHR for almost 2 years helping my kids try to get their babies back from DHR. My grandbabies were taken from them when they were only 3 and 4 months old. Now they are going on 2 years old. We have done everything that they asked us to do. The original report was made on my grandson by daughter-n-laws family. They reported that my grandson who was 6 weeks old at the time was UNDER weight. Well, he was 6lbs and 4oz when he was born. Then at 6 weeks old, he weighed 10lbs and 11oz. Now is that under weight! The doctor said he was right on target.

Well, to make a long story short. OK, 2 weeks after that, My daughter came down with her boyfriend and their 1 months old daughter. They stayed with us some and was back and forth from Tennessee. Now, my daughters boyfriend got drunk and started an agurement with my daughter and someone called the law and the boyfriend went to jail for domestic voilence. Well the next day when the DHR worker came to do a regular visit. They insisted my daughter-n-law take my grandson to the Dr for some reason and they would take them. Well, I had a weird feeling about it cause the worker came out and sat in the yard in her car on the phone just before this. Well, they did take my grandson to the Dr and then back to DHR where they told my daughter-n-law that they were placing her son in fostercare. Next they came and took my granddaughter.

Now we did everything they asked us to do. We worked so hard the past years and a half. My daughter and daughter-n-law had to take parenting classes. They found a better place to live in a low income apartment complex. My daughter is working on getting her GED. All three are looking for work but not that many jobs open. The last ISP, they were at the point of working with Focus to get custody returned back to them. We were getting weekend over-night visits. We had them from Friday to Sunday. Well, my granddaughter will be returned this week but my grandson's case has had a very major set back because of the Focus worker, Teresa Stephens.

Well, a few weeks ago, we were doing a weekly visit with my grandson and Teresa came over to watch them with my grandson. My daughter-n-law (who is now preganant with her second child) had told her about when my grandson was 6 weeks old that, my husband, had laid my grandson on top of a washer with the lid closed and the washer on spin. Well, this is a one way I was told my the same Dr they use with my grandson to deal with colic. When my kids were babies we didnt have colic drops like they do now. So my husband tried this to help him and it worked.

Well after she heard this, Teresa went and told the DHR worker that on the weekend of Mother's Day, my husband (grandfather), put my grandson inside the washer with the washer on spin. OMG, who would do this to a child. They have took my grandson to the Dr and there is NO SIGNS of brusies or ANY marks on the child. NOTHING! There was no proof that anything of that nature or any other accident happened that weekend.

Now, we have no more weekend visits and now have supervised visits. I also fear that they will snatch my newborn granddaughter as soon as she is born. I dont know how to fix this. That focus worker has done nothing to help them. She is telling lies to keep my grandson from coming home. She makes times for a visit then NEVER show up. She has done nothing but cause us more problems with DHR and make sure they dont return custody back to my son and daughter-n-law.

I am stuck and dont know how to fix this or what to do next. Does anyone have any ideas how to prevent the new baby from being taken or can they take the baby?
