Bias & Unresponsive

In february. I slip and fell on ice, which led to a broken ankle that led to hospitalization, surgery and five permanent screws. Which I'm unable to work at my two job workplace. Which lead me to unemployment insurance.in early march I provided employment records and doctors paper. I was told for two weeks, I won't receive no pay and it takes 21 days to study my file.

I respected their policies and finaly as I started to receive some benefits another paper was send to me that I had to send them another doctors note for prolongations of benefits, before a certain day, which I did. As I was expecting my next bi-weekly benefits. I receive only one week payment. I call unemployment insurance customer service thinking it's some kind of mistakes. They tell me that it could take another 21 days to study my files, since there's a lot of unemployed people. I said to myself I already have a filed, I called again another agent tells me a different story that they receive my employment records on the 30th of March they have to caculated again. I told them we are in may and 21 days as passed can I speak to a supervisor or a person in charge. They told me that themselves they can't speak to the people who take's the decision but could only send them letters and I was told a person will call me the next day (which never happened). I called again and was told the same thing again. I wrote directly to unemployment insurance complaint dept. (no response). I have bills to pay, unable to work and nobody in that governemental service can give me a clear explanation (apparently it should be one of the best system in the world).

For some reason they always have and excuse for they behavior. I prayed that God heal my ankle, no humans on this earth deserve that type of treatment. Even a letter of late payment from them, that I ask for can't be given to me.
