I renewed my CA DMV Driver's license 16 Oct. They billed my Visa card back in Oct. It has been 5 months and I am still waiting on my license to arrive? I have called 4 times and received 3 temporary licences but no real license. I have been told by the technicians at the DMV that my license has been renewed until 31 Dec. I have asked to have a supervisor call me and explain the process but no one has ever returned my calls?
