I got a letter from my temp agency stating that the Franchise tax board collection agency was notified by the DMV that I never paid $395 a few years ago, I paid in person! Now they are going to garnish my wages up to 25 % until the bill is paid. What a freaking rip-off the DMV is just because the state is going broke thay are coming after everyone they can try and rip-off they are no better than those rip-off low life companies that rip-off hard working middle class people, Shame on them those low lifes. Thanks Governor evil prick Brown so this is how you operate!!!
A friend at work just went through the same crap lucky he had proof, and they blamn it on the computer system b. S crap.
