I hope somebody sees this... Please help me anybody... NYCSE is garnishing my wages at least 60% sometimes 80 for a child I gave up for adoption... Not only do I have no rights to this child but they are claiming it is for child support when it is actually for medicaid that his parents received after the adoption... I found out they are double dipping from the adoptive father also.
They are married, live in NY, in the hamtons, and I am being forced to pay back $20k at a part time job... I have a 9 year old son I have to take care of... I have written to them and they say I need a lawyer... But they take all my money how can I pay an attorney and care for my son AND pay my bills...
I am in dire need of help... I am at the end of my roppe... I have tried speaking with attorneys... None will help... Not even take the case let alone discuss a fee... I don't know what to do... Please, help
