My son who was the foster child of a foster mom by the name of Ms. Dilene Alexander. My son told me and our family therapist that he was been spanked by his foster mom with a belt and that his sibling who is 3 years old and 2 years old now were spanked by the foster mom with a switch. My son also told me and other witnesses that he had to clean out the garage, change pampers which CPS told me that my son was not allowed to do because he is a child and that he is suppose to be a child and not take care of his siblings. Also Ms. Alexander had received foodstamps for my children when they were placed back with me in the month of September and nothing was done about it. I made several complaints. To CPS, Caseworkers, and even Ms. Alexander's boss and I went ignored, very much so. Her boss and I only talked one time and that was all that I heard and that was only because he wanted to hear my side. Then to top it off, the foster mom comes to my home uninvited, waiting in her daughter's car when I arrived to my home with two of my children and it just get get even worst. The courts and I were told by Ms. Tracey Askew whom was my caseworker in Nov. 2008 that Ms. Alexander was terminated because of what she did to my children. I just found out on yesterday that Ms. Alexander was at a foster mom training, that she is still employed by Depelchin.
