Richard Allen Ucci from New Jersey is a con man. He has recently changed his name to Richie Maksimovia and is living in LA. He just got back from Sweeden where he stole from a sigle mom and her kids. This man is the scum of the earth. He doesnt have a job and steals from everyone. He has been in prison and jail many times. His arrests are in New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Miami. I'm sure there is more but those are the ones I found out about. He is sleeping with mena and womena dn stealing from them. He has several STD'S and he talks people into not useing protection.
