I signed up to receive the Courier Post through my debit card at $9.98 per month. Then I noticed that I did not receive a paper. So, I contacted the paper and was told they would get back to me. After no reply, I called again. The person I talked to said there was no record of my account in her files. I waited a month and called again to give them time to investigate the problem. However, the money continued to come out of my bank account.in addition to this problem, I was barraged with calls on my cell phone to subscribe to the paper. These calls occurred daily, and verged on harrassment. After repeatedly telling the representatives that I was not interested, they continued to call.
I sincerely just want a refund of the amount they took from me, and gave no service.
