Ordered two magazines. Started receiving one. Made a phone call and I was assured it was on its way. 5 months later... Phone call to cancel order... Stopped getting magazine but no refund came. Third, Fourth, and Fifth calls to cancel... Started getting one magazine again. Sixth call to cancel... Stopped getting magazine but still no refund. These people are complete morons. F%$* magazine city.
