Non stop of subscriptio- non refund of charges

Talked to P.S.S.#356 rep. many times to cancel an unrequested subscription to motortrend & road&track magazines, the rep. says "it will be taken care of sir", what happens is they send me yet another unrequested subscription. they have me subscribing years ahead, they have charged my credit card, i"ve tried repeated requests, all to no cancelation of subscriptions or refund of charges. now their telephone does not answer. thank you, r.montoya
