Beware of 101 phones. I bought a Panasonic office phone system with 3 cordless phones. On the website they state" factory serviced". This actually means "refurbished". The phones arrived in a plain white box with no instruction manual, and no cords. I called 101 phones and they referred me to Panasonic. I spoke to technical support at Panasonic for a long time. She said that the phones should have arrived in a Panasonic box, with the phone pictured on the box. There should have been all cords included and an instruction manual. So making a long story short, I returned the phones at my own expense and filed a claim with Paypal. I am waiting for a paypal credit to my account.
