The company installed very poor quality granite in our kitchen and is not willing to correct their error or refund money.in addition, the cabinets they installed have issues (cracking, warped door, crooked handles) and they are not willing to repair. Overall very poor customer service. We hired a number of people to work on our renovation - a carpenter, electrician, drywaller and a painter - all were fantastic except for Cowry cabinets. We have been trying to resolve our issues through the better business bureau for 9 months and all we get is ridiculous circular arguments from Ronald at Cowry Cabinets to deflect responsibility and no resolution or satisfaction. I would not recommend them to anyone - use a reputable company!
