Sent vacuum cleaner hose for service.
There is a pungent smell coming out of the vacuum cleaner hose.
Was told a service and a change of filter will fix the problem.
Paid $79.90 for the service plus change of filter.
After service, the vacuum cleaner hose has the pungent smell.
Problem not fixed.
