I ordered a "FREE" sample of Revivagenix online. All that was required was to pay for the postage and packing. Approximately two weeks later $60 went missing from my account. I obviously contacted my bank as there was nothing on my statement showing who had taken this from the account. I was informed it was The Bodywellness.com who had done so. I contacted them by phone to find out what was going on. I spoke to a man of Asian origin by the name of Chris Johnson (?!!) who informed me I had not contacted them to cancel further orders. I hadn't received anything else anyway so therefore they were charging me for the free sample! He tried to get me to accept/$45 refund but I refused saying I wanted a full reimbursement. I received two emails from them requesting I send the item back. Thankfully I hadn't used it. Now I believe by law THEY should collect the item but I just wanted to be rid of it so I sent it back Ist class recorded delivery. A week went by and I was losing patience so I phoned again and emailed again with no reply. This time I spoke, yesterday, to a lady again of Asian origin who called herself"Lynette". She didn't seem to be able to find any details of my sending it back so I said I would contact her later. Thank goodness I had sent it recorded as she asked for an ID number on the receipt. I personally feel they were'nt going to reimburse me without a fight. So up to date I am awaiting an email which she said I would receive within 24 hours and also my money back within two to three working days. This is a large company. They have an office in Clearwater, FL which I assume is Florida and also one in Bushey Heath, Herts. There is also a company in Belize. I'm not sure if that is the Head Company. So this is Fraud on a rather large scale. How many other people have fallen for this FREE trial offer and then had money taken from their accounts. How many haven't been able to get it back? This totally disgusts me. It should be fully looked into by Watchdog and Trading Standards. There is a Distance Selling Law which states you are entitled to a full refund as long as you cancel within 7 days. I enclosed a letter to them stating this. I advise anyone who has been stung by this company to just bombard them with emails and phonecalls. Mention the trading Standards. I don't think they like that!
