I went online to change my address. I did so through mychangeaddress. I was charged $9.99 for this service. When I checked with the post office, no change of address had occurred and there is no confirmation # in the "receipt" email I received from mychangeaddress. I also found out that the USPS only charges $1 to change an address. I believe this is a scam and needs to be investigated.
