My name is Mark Robert Llewelyn and I have recently been promised a refund which I never received. I am having a lot of trouble communicating with the following business: “UK Immigration Barristers” as they have never once returned one of my calls. It is very expensive to be constantly calling the UK from Australia.
On the 20th of June I made a decision to pay them 600 pounds for their services, however a week passed and I decided not to go ahead and requested a refund. They agreed that the money would be refunded into my account by the 8th of July. Since then I have been calling them constantly wondering why the money hasn’t come into my account. I have been put on hold on many occasions and promised multiple call backs and have received nothing.
I have also been promised a confirmation email to say that they will refund the money however I have still received nothing. It has been a very frustrating experience and cost me a lot in international phone calls.
