The above amount was charged from my direct debit account for paying part of a mobile phone bill on contract. These text messages where egnored untill i received one which said text stop afyter they had recived the amount above this is surely a crime. I was not aware they where chrgeing me the text said text back which was free i did not text back. I contacted voda phone and they said i had to pay the bill to them if i had it refunded back into by bank account why does voda phione not stop these scams i feel very anoyed that someone has taken my money when i have just been made redundent and this has been received at a very upsetting time.
