I am so very sorry I did not read the reviews on Jail Call Solutions BEFORE I paid the $99 bucks. They are the ones who should be in jail. They simply do not put out the product (s) that they claim. Rather, they prey on people's emotions. My son is in jail and their site listed his prison as an approved facility for their call solutions - getting a "local" number even though you're not local, so that the inmate can call you for FREE. Well, don't buy their b.S. It's a scam and I've yet to collect my $99 even though they ADMIT that they can't give me a local number for my son to call. I hope that this review will save others the heartache of loosing money and time on the phone with their loved one (s).
