I purchased a DVD (Tiger Cruise) from thebestshow from the site called IOffer.com
I paid the $10.00 through Amazon payments with my debit card. I was told it was mailed to me. I haven't received it as of 04/16. I contacted Micheal Flourence at [email protected] several times. He made promises and excuses but never delivered the product. When I asked for a shipping number he ignored me. I contacted "Ioffer" they said its up to Micheal to make good, and Amazon of coarse denies everything. I have a print out saying it was paid and an email confirming.
