I noticed an increase in my monthly carrier bill. Checked bill and saw a charge for $9.99 from Silicon Investment for text alerts. I had blocked/turned off text messaging almost a year ago due to being charged for text messages from Wal-Mart and other places. I don't text message at all. I called carrier about the Silicon Investments charge and they promptly took charge off my bill.
