After recent experience with B&N I will never order anything from B&N. Last year my aunt tried to orer a book fron Barnes and Noble for Christmas, she did it ahead of time, after multiple phone calls and fake promises, she was told that the book is out of stock. This year I saw the book online and ordered it way ahead of time (Nov 18) and was very glad that book was shipped with tracking number 11/23. However, it was all fake, the book was never shipped, I have called to find out on the status of the book (no e-mails from B&N with apologies) and was told that my book is being shipped express and will get to me in not more than 5 days. % days later when I called, I am being told the book was never shipped, was out of stock and it will take 2 billing cycles to refund my money. Never throughout the whole time did I hear "I'm sorry."
The customer service is absolutelly aweful, however B&N will gladly change you money and never tell you that you can't get the book.

I will never order a book from B&N, and strongly recommend never to order anything online from the store (unless you want to throw your money away).
