I had Dish installed, before I agreed, was told I would get channel 12 news. When the technician came, it took him 8.5 hours to install and when he left my bedroom tv didnt work. The cable on the outside of my house was done unffprofessionally, he had excess cable and made circles on my house and clipped to house, also there was excess cable by dish and was hanging dish. I cancelled the service the very next day. I was told to return equipment, and I would have to pay cancellation fee. I did not sign any documents at the time of installation, only a line on a cell phone the installer had on his phone, he said it was to authorize the installation. I signed it. Now they said I have to pay $420.00 for 1 day of service for cancelling my service. Also the Dish lines were grounded to lipa and cable service technician said that it was very dangerous, could have caused a fire and burned my house down. I am now with cable tv. They promised me Channel 12 and was not given and the service was lousy and unprofessional. Now after have. Dish they are trying to charge me $420.00 for 1day of service. Also the damage from the lines tacked to house, about 20-30 wholes I have to repai
