I was standing looking at the electronics next to a service center where a hispanic male employee was typing on a computer when an American male employee walked up to him with a hispanic female customer. The American told the customer that the hispanic employee would be able to help her. The customer began to ask a question and the hispanic employee interupted her by saying to her in Spanish "what do you need, make it fast." He didn't even have the customer service skill to even look up at the customer. This was the most upsetting scene I have ever witnessed. Regardless of what color the person is we should all remember that if your employer is still in business and you still have a job; it is thanks to your customers. I will be cancelling any and all relationships that i have with Best Buy.
