I worked for Kiwi for over a year so I was behind the scenes. Kiwi hires average people off the street with no experience and gives them very little training. You could possibly be letting a drug dealer, criminal or a thief in your home as these people are not screened, background checks are not done and no drug testing is required to work for this company. The air duct cleaning is done with a reg vaccum cleaner and a made up brush from the hardware store with tubing, pvc and glue/clamps. The brushes they use do not rotate. Half the time the techs do not complete the air duct cleaning and you get charged for it. Last but not least do you ever wonder why they give so much FREE TEFLON? Most of the time this company does not have the chemicals to clean your furniture, carpets, ducts, tiles etc. I was told by management and OWNERS to send out techs even if they did not have teflon they could use straight water or mix it with what little teflon they had and use that just to satisfy the customer. I urge you strongly to look Kiwi up on the BBB and see their rating. They had a "C" rating when i worked for them and had so many complaints everyday that they were struggling to keep customers from complaining to the BBB. This company would mess up your furniture, hardwoodfloors, tile floors and carpet if you give them a chance to clean for you and they do not always honor their warranty. The customers with the warranties get pushed off if they get busy so they can satisfy the new customers and lock them into a warranty. I am not a disgruntled employee, I left due to their dishonesty and I believe in karma. I refuse to rip people off. Please please please check the BBB before you use Kiwi or any company and do your research first. Make sure you read all the fine print and look closely at the paperwork before you sign anything. Kiwi is the same in DFW, Austin, Phoenix, Atlanta and Houston. ALl techs and offices are controlled by the home office in DFW. Be careful when using this company.
