I patronize the McDonalds fast food restaurant located at 2212 North Texas Street, Fairfield, CA 94533. However, on October 4 at approximately 6:10am, I entered the women's bathroom to brush my teeth only. Shortly after I went inside the bathroom, one of McDonald's employees, I believed she was and is the manager there. This particular employee/manager walked inside the women's bathroom, looked at me in a disgusted manner and unfriedly attitude, with the door opened for other customers to hear. She said to me: "I can't have this. This is unsanitary, stop brushing your teeth, rinse and get out now! Then, she went on to say there's always hair on the sink and, I can't have this." She (the McDonald's Employee/manager) was very cold and cruel to me. I simply left. This McDonald's employee appeared to be a light skinned black woman, maybe mixed with another race such as Hispanic. First of all, I am a very clean person. I used napkins of my own to tunn off faucets and opens doors to bathrooms. Furthermore, I do not sit on any public toilets. My mother taught me these personal hygienes from my childhoold and up. Moreover, I am cleaner than your employees at McDonald's, because of the fact that they use their bare hands and do not use napkins to open the bathroom door when exiting, and then they resume working with and handling customers' food. This is unsanitary! Also, on many occasions, I oberseved your McDonald's employees come inside the women' bathroom to use it themselves, and they left without washing there hands at all.
"How unsanitary is that?" McDonald's does not have napkins for people to use in the women's bathroom. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau in regards to this situation. I do hope that this McDonald's Employee/Manager is corrected for how she treated me and others, and future customers.
