I am a condo owner. We have not had heat in our unit since October 15. I pay a maintenance fee each month and want to know why we don't have heat. I called the local police and I left a message on the office answering machine. I also placed a call to Steve Molnar to ask why I don't have any heat. The temperatures are beginning to drop down at night and it is cold in my unit. I also checked with my neighbor upstairs and my neighbor next door, they don't have heat either. This management company doesn't seem to respond to complaints made by phone or letter and that is why I am making a formal complaint. Stbl
