Received text for subscription to cellfunz for $9.99. (Don't know how it got through since I have all text messaging blocked on my cell phone.) Immediately texted back 'STOP'. Received a text back that I was unsubscribed. Then called their toll free number just to be sure, and I was assured that I was unsubscribed and would not be charged. My next TMobile shows a charge for $9.99 for 'Premium Services' for True Digit LLC 51345cellfunz.com. Called TMobile on 9/11 and was told they would credit back charge to my account. My TMobile bill was auto-payed 9/22 and the $9.99 was still there. Called the toll-free customer service number on cellfunz.com website today and got MyMobileCare? Was told that they did in fact receive my 'STOP' text, but they have no record my phone call. Bottom line, they can't/won't credit the $9.99 back to my TMobile account.
