We purchased and paid for 8 concert tickets to the Katy Perry concert in San Diego on August 9th. We only received 6 tickets to the concert and when we arrived at the concert two of the tickets had already been used at the concert. When we arrived at our seats there were other people there that had already purchased the same seats and then four other people arrived that had also purchased seats that other people also paid for.
