Need somebody to look into this and correct this as soon as possible. My credit card was charged and this is a StubHub error NOT MY ERROR. I listed these tickets as “Tickets in my possession” - NOT AS ELECTRONIC TICKETS. I then received notification from StubHub that the tickets were sold and that I needed to email the tickets. I could not email the tickets since they were physical tickets, not electronic tickets. I emailed StubHub and NOBODY RETURNED MY EMAIL!!! Then, several days later, I received the email below from StubHub.By then it was too late to FedEx the tickets. As you can see below, I offered to deliver the tickets in person since I was in transit to the event location myself. ONCE AGAIN NOBODY FROM STUBHUB GOT BACK TO ME!!!
Then I receive a charge from StubHub on my credit card. THIS IS STUBHUB’s ERROR, NOT MINE!!!
