A Hermes Birkin bag was bought on eBay on 01 May 11 from this Lady
Ms. Monika Muller, which was paid for by me via an international transaction of USD 5500/-. This lady then sold the bag to someone else in the US & shipped it there via dhl.De.
She gave me this tracking number7214719729930 which was confirmed by the US Postal service as received by someone in Mckinney, Texas on 13/06 (USPS Tracking # cl690151189de).
I kept waiting for the bag at Dubai which never came. She has not provided me with any proof of dispatch i. E AWB in my or my friends name Supriya Reddy at Dubai. And now she has our
money & the bag probably & has refused to answer any queries.
I am now seeking the help of the German police & law enforcement in Germany to recover my money if it is at all possible.
If not - at least they need to prosecute such scamsters I do not know for what purpose she will be using funds from me or if she is involved in any scamming organization,
Please find attached the following documents as evidence of this lady’s fraud:
1. Transcript of her Bank account details provided by her
2. My husbands bank account details of transaction showing sum of USD 5500/-
Transferred to her account in 3 transactions
3. Copy of the DHL Tracking number provided by her from DHL Germany showing
that the bag was sent to the US Texas.
4. No insurance receipt was provided by her.
5. The only evidence I require is that the Bag was shipped to my cousin Supriya Reddy
at Dubai. It is plainly clear that she will not be able to provide the shipping Receipt
with this name on it or any other receipt to Dubai.
