On 18 May at approximately 0800 CDT I ordered a sum of virtual gold for a character of mine on the nesingwary server on World Of Warcraft that, according to IMG Group Ltd advertisement, was to be delivered "promptly". Not only have they failed to deliver the product they refuse to answer any of my E-Mails I have sent them about this issue. Thus far I have sent them 6 E-Mails. Not one answered.
I paid for this on line service via PayPal and they (IMG Group Co) were paid promptly. PayPal and my credit Co. Verified the payment was received by IMG immediately. PayPal thus far has done nothing to help in this issue and stated that I had to wait 7 days before I could file a formal complaint. I am almost equally dissatisfied with PayPal's policy as I am with the IMG Group. This is not the first time that IMG Group has pulled this scam and they should have been removed from PayPal as far as I am concerned.
Reading from other reports on this site and other scam reporters on the "net" concerning the IMG Group Co they seem to pull this scam on a regular basis.
From my experience everyone needs to avoid doing any business this this scam organization: IMG Group Co Ltd, (gameservices@maso. Hk).
