BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING: do a simple criminal history check. Do a DC Small Claims Court and Landlord/Tenant Court check. Do a credit check. If you do, you won't have to take my word for it. You will find:
FELONIES for crimes of deception (aka, grand theft auto, theft by check—uttering, etc)
MULTIPLE JUDGMENTS against him
Alleged stolen money from EMPLOYERS
MULTIPLE landlords that he LIED TO about his criminal history, work history, past tenancy, etc, and that he BURNED by not paying any money at all to, and then abused the court system, knowing that it would take a few months to legally evict (this has happened to at least three landlords in the last two years)
LIES to employers about work history, skills, reason for leaving last employer, etc
Several charges of being a FUGITIVE from justice
