I applied for a loan modification about two and half years ago and they gave me a try payment which is suppose to last for three months but it lasted for two years. Just yesteday on 03/31 they told me my modification was declined I said ok no problem but I want my loan to go back the way it was before the modification. That was a guarantee before anything else. Now they are charging me all kind of fees even late charges which I was never late paying my trail payment and I have documentaions to prove it. And now they are just harasing me to do a quick sale. Someone even called me on 04/01 to suggest that. I hope someone will speak up on this please this bank are just seting you up to fail thanks.
