They picked up my furniture on the date they were supposed to. On the day they were to deliver they charged me the rate of 3x my quote. Then I waited all day for my belongings. A7 P.M. I received a small load and that was after I called 4 times and was given various excuses, saying it was coming soon. The next day I went down to talk to them and they said they were really busy. Told them they shouldn't have booked more moves than they could handle especially since mine had been booked for 2 weeks. They said the rest would be delivered that day. Needless to say it was not and my phone calls were not answered. Went down again the next day, finally arrived. When they left and I started unpacking found items missing (boxes worth) and damaged furniture Went down to see them again the next day and once a week for the next 2 months. They would do nothing and would not compensate for a thing. Have never had such a HORRIBLE moving experience and I was moving only 5 miles!!
