I ordered flowerd for my mother in law for mothers day about 3 weeks in advance. I also ordered flowers for my mothers birthday which is May 10. At 8 pm on MOthers day, my mother in law still hadnt gotten her flowers! I called teleflora and the rep said they were so busy and it could still be another hour. I asked the guy if he thought it was okay to deliver flowers to someones house at 9pm on a sunday night? I hung up. I called back at 9 stating she still hadnt gotten the flowers. THe rep said they had sent an email to the florist inquiring on the order, she said there had been no response. I told her to cancel my order, give me a refund and to cancel My may 10th order also! What a horrible experience. Teleflora SUCKS! There are so many people that need jobs, they should hire more drivers for holdidays. I know plenty of people who need jobs.
