I recieved a pack of material in the mail claiming that I have won 1million dollars. Then it also advised me to send in $11.89 in a check or a money order or cash. So I sent in the money order for $11.89 on 12/18 and Then on 01/08 I recieved another paper in the mail to send in another $11.89 to Award Notifcations Commissioner with same P. O Box 2905 Kansas City, Kansas. They have no phone number or fax number on any part of the paper nor does it have a web site. So I had my daughter looked it up on the computer and came across this one so now I am filing a report.
