Our records have uncovered information into Courthouse records that WESTWATER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is being sued along with its owner Mark S. Miller of Sarasota regarding some money that the contractor absconded from another company. Our investigation has indicated that Westwater Construction Company will be going to a hearing on janmuary 19th westwater construction company failed to pay some $44,250.00 to a sub-contractor named Precision Elevator Service out of Lutz, Florida.
If a judgment is obtained against westwater construction company and its owner mark s. Miller, the judgment according our investigation will be turned over to STATE and COUNTY Authorities and a formal investigation will be conducted by the ATTORNEY GENERAL of the State of Florida and two other additional bureaus consisting of the County aAtorney and the Department of Financial Regulations in Tallahassee, Florida.
Criminal Charges could be brought against Mark S. Miller by these Agencies if found GUILTY of
