Got a letter in the mail stating I had won 2million dollars it all looks very convincing including the envelope it comes in looks REAL. The only thing is no matter what I always look these things up f

I got a letter in the mail everything looks legit. I looked it up in the computer it isn't. It says that I have to send in a money order or check payable to ANC. For a total of 11.89 add $3. Oo for rush order this is what sent up the red flag. I looked up this letter and sure enough I found other reports on it beign a scam. Thank you rip off website
