Good Afternoon, I will like to make a complaint on the postal service for my family and I receiving our important mail in a improperly timely matter and also receiving other residents mail in my mailbox. I lived in the North Lauderdale Area for about 3 years, and I always had a problem with the mail system in this area. I've spoken with a Rick which stated he is the manager of North Lauderdale Annex Post Office located at 1401 S. State Rd 7, Unit 110, North Lauderdale, FL 33068-9998. Rick stated that the mail is being delivered everyday in a timely matter and there is not problem at his facility. Rick informed me to go ahead and a make the complaint. I informed Rick the manager that I have call the facility before to complain about my mail and spoken with other employees that work at the same post office. They also stated that they have had this problem in the North lauderdale area for 7 years and stated that not one mail carrier don't want to deliver mail in this area. So if there's a available mail carrier to deliver the mail then the mail will be delivered, I will be lucky if the mail is place in the correct box with so many different carriers not wanting to deliver in this area. Im asking for mail to be delivered by one particular mail carrier in timely matter and put in the correct box not to continue receiving other residents mail in my box for me to deliver to them and they person may not be as nice as me a bring my mail to me so again I feel like we won't have this problem if Rick (manager) have one assigned mail carrier to deliver the mail in the SW 10th of North Lauderdale area.
