It is my hope as I write this letter of complaint that I will be "heard". I entrusted my puppy Star into your care and you abused my trust and my puppy. I dropped off my puppy at 6pm and didn't hear from you so I just came back to your store to find my puppy in a back room in a kennel. I was told by Nickki that she was in a kennel because they got busy and she came up front to help. I have a Poochin puppy that I took in to have her hair cut-I wanted her to be groomed and kept fluffy-what I got was a puppy who's hair was literally shaved to the bone. Star, my puppy, did have some matting and I was told that they would have to cut her a little shorter than I wanted. I agreed to that-I did not agree to her being shaved!!! Star looked like she was in shock when I went to pick her up-she threw up and had diarrhea and hide when we got home.
